Vivo - Package not delivered

My package costing rs ***** was due for delivery on *.**.**. I got the contact number of delivery agent from Flipkart customer care. I talked to the agent and he told that he will update me in * mins and then after I called him several times but he cut my call every time. I am in training at Hyderabad and i told my family members that delivers is expected. Now want to complain against that delivery agent who is just distance of just * mins from my house but not responding. Please do the needful
