vivo - Vivo Pro Green line Related

My name is Pragnesh Solanki. I have been using Vivo X** pro model for some time now. But I had an accident and got hit and also damaged my phone. I am safe, my phone was damaged so I went to vivo service center to get it repaired but I did not get it repaired as the cost was high. I used the Tej phone for about ** to ** days. Still using it. But *-* days ago an update came from vivo company. As soon as my mobile was updated, the green color line appeared in the phone. I showed the service center and told me the cost is more than *****. But my point is that the mobile phone broke almost * months ago no problem ever since the mobile updated the green line has come. I believe this is the company's fault. When I complained to Vivo Company, they gave me a *% discount by giving me a small bribe like offer. Which is therefore wrong.
