Trivial Chapter Hyderabad - Visa pending

Dear Sir,
I came in touch with Trivial chapter through an agent called Mr. Nikhil from Trivandrum. He promised me that I would get a job Visa to Greece within six months. So I met him and he asked me to pay an amount of Rupees fifty Thousand first to sign the agreement. After signing and paying the amount in the month of July ****, he asked me to wait for the offer letter. As he said I waited for the other Three months and received a job offer letter from Heras Oasis Hotel, Greece. After receiving the offer letter Mr. Nikhil, Mrs. Arokia Mary and Shwetha asked me to deposit an amount of Two lakhs fifty Thousand. So I paid the hard earned money by trusting them. There after Mr. Nikhil changed his contact number. Then I contacted the company through their IVR number. But I couldn't get a positive answer from them. They started saying many excuses. Even today I am not able to get any work permit or visa. It has been ** months now. Please help me to get my amount refunded.
