Trivial Chapter Hyderabad - No response on refund

Dear Voxya Team,

I, Akula Sathish, am filing this complaint against Trivial Chapter hyderabad https://www.trivialchapter.com/

For gross deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

Details of the Transaction:

- I started the Greece Work Permit process with Trivial Chapter in March ****.
- I received the Offer Letter on ** July ****.
- Work Permit process officially started on ** July ****.
- At the time of payment, Mr. Preetham assured me that I would get the Work Permit within just ** days.
- I have paid a total of * lakhs (₹*,**,***) out of the total agreed amount of ₹*.* lakhs (approx. **% of the total).

Repeated Timeline Changes (No Progress):
- Promised: Mid-September **** (** days)
- Extended to: End of December ****
- Then: January ****
- Then: February ****
- Latest: **st March ****

All deadlines have passed. It has now been more than * months since the work permit process started and almost * full year since the process began. There is zero progress, no reference number, no proof of submission, and no clarity on current status.

Current Situation:

I requested a full refund of * lakhs on *th April **** and sent multiple follow-up emails, there has been complete silence from the Head Office for the last *+ days No reply, no acknowledgment, no refund process started.

I have been waiting very patiently for months, but this repeated delay and total non-response after taking such a huge amount has caused me immense mental stress, emotional strain, and financial hardship. My entire career and family plans are on hold.

Relief Requested:
*. Full refund of *,**,*** (Rupees Three Lakhs only) paid by me.

*. Interest **% per annum on the paid amount from the date of payment till refund.

*. Action against Trivial Chapter for unfair trade practice and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
