I had applied for a Netherlands short term business visa at VFS Kolkata on *st June and received the notification (SMS) on **th July that my passport had been dispatched from the Embassy after processing and a second SMS on the same day at **** hrs that my passport had been dispatched through courier.
The SMS has no tracking number and I still haven't received my passport. I have put in an email asking for the tracking number every single day but no reply was given except that the concerned department will get back to me.
This is very poor handling of a very important document i.e passport as no body in VFS can track my passport and the helpline number has no clue about it. I am not sure if they have actually lost my passport.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
