Shaadi.com - VIP Membership sold and the consultant does not respond

Hi
I was sold a VIP membership on Shaadi profile. But it seems all the promises made were fake. Till date only * calls were arranged and there is no response from the consultant mist of the times. He is either busy or simply avoids my calls
I have requested for the money to be refunded but they are not refunding citing that refund policy is not available.
Please help me get my money back
