Shaadi.com - Request for Full Service Restoration or Refund Premium Membership Issue

I purchased a Premium Membership on Shaadi.com through Mr. Kishor Sawale. I was assured that the same benefits as my previous membership would be provided, including profile promotion for * year and transfer of previously viewed contacts. However, these services were not provided. I feel I was misled, and despite contacting support, I received no resolution. I request that the previously provided features be restored or a full refund be issued. Kindly take necessary action.
