The ads and schemes are misleading to attract customers in the name of money back guarantee. When I asked for refund they keep giving excuses only to not pay. To go premium by paying more or wait for ** days etc. They don't get that finding a groom is not like buying vegetables from market that one should do immediately just because someone created a profile. Customer care will not resolve but put the blame on the customer. I don't want to lose my hard earned money and want immediate refund of ****/- from shaadi.com
