Prosenjit Roy filed complaint against Flipkart on Mar 1, 2022
Flipkart charges additional fees to offer protection plans for TVs. Protection plan includes a buyback discount if within * years a new TV purchase has been made by exchanging the old one. As per policy discount can be claimed while placing a new TV order. I have bought three TVs with protection plans and all are within * years tenure. For none of them buyback discount is getting applied. Flipkart acknowledged the problem but denied a resolution.
I have spent so many hours over the phone and numerous emails were exchanged too. But till today the buyback discount is not working in my account. A docket is also open in the national consumer forum. Flipkart once closed the docket without doing anything and the consumer forum proactively reopened the ticket seeing the state.
Here I appeal to Flipkart not only to address the problem but also to compensate for the loss and harassments caused through the follow up process.
