videoc d2h - videocon d2h has charged me money twice for relocation (installation and deinstallation of dish tv)

i have relocated to a new house.i asked videocon d*h to deinstall my antenna and reinstall in the new house.Ideally the charge they need to cut is ***,but they have charged me twice for this.
