videoc d2h - Unable to get new channels

company has changed the channel numbers from * digits to * digits but when i am not getting new check with * digit channel, when i called customer care agents are refreshing setup box, since unable to view the channel, asking us to pay the service charge.
Since company has made the changes and they should take responsibility so that the changes should not interrupt the customer.
Customer care agents are so unethical they refuse to take a complaint and call will transfer to supervisor but i have waited more ** mints but there was no response.
