I ordered a new HD connection with amount of **** from D*h on **th October ****. Till today (*/**/****) I have not received any set top box. I mailed * times at customercare@d*h.com but no reply found yet, I called multiple times to customer care but no resolution yet. I have received a mail from onlinesales@d*h.com for successful payment status.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
