Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to highhandedness in the name of complaint handling in Pgportal. Despite giving and attaching all evidence against their frauds, no one is will to take action on my complaints. They have been harassing me for years for a consumer case i filed in **** in chennai. Since then they have been troubling me by adopting innovative ways to torture me in the name of service sms. Just look at the attached screenshot. There i get ** sms in a minute at *am, *am, *am, *am disturbing my sleep. But when i complained they have simply rejected.

Swarnali Basu of vodafone is doing all kinds of frauds to close my complaints. Just look at her replies in pdf attachment. There it clearly indicate how she is arrogantly using his position to threaten me by saying that sms is triggered only one in a day. But see the attachment Sir. It is very clear they are doing this to harass me. All my complaints with Pgportal closed without even calling me to understand the issue.

They say i get sms only one per day. But i get ** sms and proff is attached for your kind reference. Even after producing all proofs, they are not at all taking action on erring officials.

Vibha Munjal from vodafone is also not reading complaints. She is best colluding with other staffs and closing my complaints sir. I am planning to take this to consumer court with your guidance if they don't reply to your emails. Hope you would put an end to their misbehaviour in the name of service sms.
