I have taken a post paid SIM month of November end week,and I used not even a month and I lost the sim card. I paid *** rupees bill. That SIM card is no more not even in active status I am continuously getting message from VI you have outstanding of **** rupees. This is a fraudulent activity. I will not pay *rupees also anymore. VI customer care not responding and due to Covid situation I only went once to VI store where I got the sim to inform deactivate my sim.But those people didn't deactivated rather sending daily basis new new amount as bill due. VI is fraudulent with customers. I would want to resolve this issue soon. I am really pissed off.
