Respected sir,
I have taken hathway connection by June *th **** and my plan speed is *** Mbps. And on the very first day itself I raised the complain wit ticket number ********M****** for very slow internet speed of ** Mbps... And they did respond properly for our complain no proper action was taken from ur side... This makes me feel so upset and regret for taking Hathaway wit no proper quality and poor service from u people.. before taking action they even closed the complain which s not fair ..
And again today I have raised another complain ********M****** for worst speed...
If this goes on I quit wit ur internet ,tat is I wish to terminate and I require my refund immediately...
