Got a call from a sales person for Hathway broadband connection. Initially I didn't believe in them and hesitated to make the payment. But they came home and talked well and promised to setup the connection by the end of the day itself. Now they are not even picking up our phone calls and Hathway customer care also doesn't attend calls.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
