Hi
I have paid Rs *** towards the Broadband bill for the month of December **** - **th December **** - Since the Amount did not reflect in my hathway broadband Account , the team sent me another link to pay the same amount stating that the extra amount will be refunded or adjusted with the next month tariff.
But even after repeated calls to customer support and tickets raised in their portal - still I am not getting my money refunded or any proper response from customer Support. .
