Shadowfax - Very rude behaviour from delivery boy

I have order a dress from hopscotch and It was delivered by *rd party agent that is shadowfax . And it was delivered on ** th of October and due to size issue I had placed the return and the delivery agent/boy from shadowfax from nagasandra Bangalore hub had called me at ** o clock in the morning for collecting the order as I had very emergency I had left my home and I requested him to collect it at * o clock in the afternoon . But he was very rude and his behaviour with me was worst he has sent me cancellation code without my permission may a times and he was forcing me to give cancellation code I refused to give after that waithout any response he disconnected the call . And now he is not willing to picking up my order and he is updating that am not rechable even though he has not tried calling me . The worst experience from shadowfax delivery boy .
