Shadowfax - Wrong parcel delivered

Dear Shadowfax Support Team,I am writing this complaint regarding a parcel that was delivered to me via Shadowfax. I have received a parcel at my address, but I have not placed this order on any app or website.Despite that, a payment of ₹*** was deducted from my UPI/PhonePe account when the delivery executive came to my place. I did not order this product, so this payment is unfair and wrong.The parcel contains many broken/damaged watches and I don’t want this item.
