Dear Team
I have taken GPON Amuse ***MB *M Quarterly on **/**/****.But I am not getting even ** Mbps speed.I have complained about this so many times through your customer care and to your sales executives.But my issue not solved.It's already been a month.Resolve this issue as soon as possible and upgrade my speed.I have not got the specified speed for a month,So I want my subscription to be extend for one more month.If my issue is not resolved,I would go to consumer forum or TRAI.
