Last year, after a Samsung OS update, my device developed a vertical line on the display. Samsung acknowledged this as a known issue and replaced the screen free of cost at an authorised service centre.
Unfortunately, after a recent official OS update, the same vertical line issue has reappeared. The phone has not been dropped, mishandled, or exposed to water. This clearly indicates a recurring software-induced display defect, not user damage.
I have now been informed that I must pay ₹**,*** for another screen replacement. Given that:
The issue occurred earlier due to a Samsung OS update.Samsung already replaced the display once as a goodwill fix.The same defect has repeated after another update.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
