Maruti Suzuki - Vehicle was not delivered on time

i have booked my ertiga vehicle with varun motor malleshwaram banaglore. at the time of booking they committed that vehicle will be delivered in * months i.e. by *th of november ****. but it is already *th march **** & i haven’t got my vehicle.
in november i got phone from dealership that vehicle was already dispatched from gurgaon i was happy with this new. but after * days they informed that due to some technical issue in the vehicle it was called back. but i don’t have any source to verify how vechicle were called back . they haven’t give me any tacking number for my vehicle.
also after this communication i got a message from maruti “thank you for buying your car from maruti suzuki arena. and tell us about your experience by using below link”. kindly help to understand why i have receive this message when i haven’t got the vehicle, if it was for booking, why it has come after * months.
at this point i feel my vehicle is delivered to someone else & feeling sad that i had chosen this dealership. kindly help me in this matter. The agent is saying they haven't sale white ertiga ZXI in last * months.
I booked this vehicle so that I could bring my new born baby to home in new vehicle, but we had to bring him home in a cab. All the excitement & happiness associated with this new vehicle is gone now. The mental suffering i have got is immeasurable.
