Quickr - Vehicle RC Not Delievered

I have purchased second hand bike in march starting and took Quickr service for RC transfer. It has been * months and still Rc has not been delivered. Mails are going to and fro, but actions are not being taken. Every time it will be mentioned that RC will be delivered this week but its not happening.
