Quickr - Package not delivered getting delayed everyday

We have ordered the product ** days back. Everyday we have been calling them * times or so, and they just repeat the same thing "It will be delivered tomorrow". I have no idea how this company is alive. We even told them to refund the amount and return the product to the seller as we are in touch with the seller. Please take this forword.
