Quickr - RC Transfer and Hypothecation Removal Not completed since 9 months

I bought a bike in March **** and Opted this quickr Rto Services thinking quickr is a well known brand. They asked me to pay rc transfer ****+**** hypothecation as they told me through the link they emailed ne after getting the money they won't talk over phone they are fraud scammers... Pramod kumar,Nawas,iliyas ahamed,And ramitha was replying to all my mails work is in progress it is still progress...If u do it anywhere outside they will charge half amount and do and give in max *-** days this long * months telling extended dates and making customer a puppet...They informed me a a final date was Dec ** after that I mailed them no Replies i am utter disappointed and never anyone should be in their Trap again....I doubt they have losted my orginal and was searching over internet how to move legally....Many was suggesting consumer court,MCRT and Vokya as they can take action and help me to get back my documents and my money....We have No anyone to speak for us their attitude is like nothing will happen to them even if they cheat customer for any amount as they r secured in hands of quickr company...I have all payment screenshots mails all my Documents and orginal Rc Was given to them...I want them back or i want them to know the Value of time...
