I booked or purchased on (** th April )my Ola vehicle .
With assurance and confirmation of delivery befor ** th may .
Order -
Order ID: OET-***************-ESR***
. But when it’s delayed I called to toll free no.
***-******** .they said registration started .
But from a number
+** ***** *****
Registration team call me that your Insurance is not done properly without specifying anything .
After * days another number
+** ***** *****
Call me to deposit money *****rs in given link with upi to re insurance vehicle .
What should I do?
I want to cancel but they told it's not possible ?
I am really feel harassment and torture by Ola company workers .
Kindly do the necessary action to deliver the vehicle urgently .
I am calling their toll free number for this but it’s not fruitful till now.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
