Vedantu - Vedantu scamming kids

I am a neet **** aspirant. I saw vedantu advertising their crash course on telegram and youtube that their neet crash course is starting from *th of April. So when I went to buy course it was showing starting date **st March, I asked them it's an old batch. Where is new one as you are showing thumbnail for new one and you have old batch linked attached to thumbnail?? They told me it is just not updated. So I asked them they clearly told me an mail, WhatsApp chat and all, I have proof, that my batch will *th April and if not by chance then you will be shifted quickly on *th April. You won't miss your classes. I went and bought it on *nd April. On * th April, my class was not showing, it was showing old batch in my vedantu app. I contacted the they told me to wait as they have requested and emailed, I waited *th April passed and the on fifth they told me they are processing as there are so many requests, all kids are requesting. I waited and waited but today on *th April. My parent got anxious, they asked what is wrong with my course. I didn't told them before knowing that they would get angry, but now that i told them, they got super angry and told me return the course and not to buy these online scamming courses. I contacted customer care , they said as usual to wait. I got angry and told them to do something either change batch or return course. They told me to wait till *pm. I waited then they have one stupid defect that as many times you will call different counsellors are gonna pick and blurt the same line and tell you to believe in them as they have done it on top priority level. But by God's grace, this time it was same counsellor on which I got angry in the morning she was like doing same routine what is your reg no, you want to change, your email I'd and blah blah and I asked her name then she tells me that I have contacted before and then!! and then!! she tells me that there is no more *th April as it is merged into **st March batch as their timing was same. And she started showing aggression on me like both batches are same, what is your problem? I was dumbfounded like what the duck why did u fool me this whole time, who cares If syllabus is same that batch started on **st. I have already missed so many live classes and this one stated on fourth April . I signed this course for live classes. Now was she going to clear my backlogs? . She was not listening anything and was like don't say thing like this we fooled you or else, you signed up for **st March batch and this is the latest update that there will be no other batch. She was not listening anything and I asked her how to get refund she told me to contact on Vcare@vedantu.com. On this email I have mailed * * times my query about this course only once a reply came.But personally I don't think this is fair like luring kids into buying courses and then scamming them and telling to adjust in old batches. So I came to complain here.
