Vedantu - Refund Back the course fees

Hi Vamsi Krishna/Anand Prakash/ Team,
I have taken the online course for -CBSE ** Full Syllabus and had paid advance payment of Rs*****/-( Thirty Thousand ) on **th May,****.

At the time of registration on dated **-**-****, Vedantu has assured me that they will provide the study material for all subjects and will follow the online classes as per syllabus of Class ** as per CBSE pattern.
My daughter has attended all the classes from **th May till mid of July,****, i.e. * months consistently.
But I was very surprised and unfortunate that from past * months teacher in online classes are studying the chapters and taking the exams only as per the pattern for Competitive Exams BUT not as per school pattern.
They were not providing any Notes related to the chapters which are available in NCERT Books. (Exercises which are available in NCERT books). They are uploading only the explanation rough notes which teacher has explained during the online session.
Since mid of July,**** till dated **nd September,**** my daughter has not attended any online session.
For me it was more shocking and very unexpectable that even no one from vedantu has ever called the parents or send email or SMS message that Student is not attending the session.
In schools, if the student is absent even for ONE DAY, parents will get SMS or Email notification that your ward has not attended the School today.
But in Vedantu we have observed if student is absent even continuously for months period No one is concerned neither the Class Teacher nor the Vedantu management. This shows how the Vedantu is monitoring the students and is least bothered about the student’s carrier.
They main objective is to collect the full payment in advance and then no body in Vedantu is accountable nor even responsible weather the student is attending the session or NOT.
From past I month i.e. since *st August,**** , I have taken the offline classes for my daughter from some other institute, So I am not going to continue any more with Vedantu going forward and Same I have conveyed to the counsellor * days back on call.

I am very much disappointed and unfortunate that I had selected Vedantu for my daughter’s carrier growth.

I am humbly requesting to the Vedantu management to refund back my course amount which I have paid for online classes.
I am not sure whether vedantu is maintaining any database how many days/months student has attended the online session.
Please deduct the number of day/Months she has attending the session and rest balance amount needs to be refunded back.
