SAIRAHUL JELLA filed complaint against OLA ELECTRIC on Oct 11, 2025
Dear Voxya Team,
I purchased a electric OLA S*X *rd Generation *kWh vechicle on ** August it is supposed to be delivered on **th August.
The store assigned to me through mobile app is old malakapet pincode ******.
I made everyday visits to the store for one week.
But at the end of week I came to know the store is closed.
After this incident I reached to ola customer care for support.
Everytime I called they informed of raising a complaint but none of them are proceed further which added to the delay.
During call conversation they used to pause call in the middle, made us fustrated, forcing to broke the call in middle.
After repeated calls to customer team they came with answer of moving the complaint to branch manager.
A manager from ola reached to me through mobile asking me to visit nearest ola electric store for the vechicle.
Taking the manager words into consideration I went to the nearest OLA electric store Karmanghat pincode ******.
After reaching all the staff over their are arrogant and final a complaint raised by finance team member informed to me comeback after * days.
I went to the store for status update but the finance member is not available during my two days visit.
After one week I finally had the chance to meet to check the update.
He came up with comments that he did not get update from ola customer.
I explained all the details to the customer team happened in last month.
Now they are coming up with a newstory of new complaint raised.
I need my full refund of ***** rupees and the compensation that i can avail for all my time and efforts.
