Prathyusha filed complaint against Dish TV on Feb 2, 2019
I took a new connection in the month of Jan ****. I tried to change my pack according to new trai regulations online but I was unable to login to their website as my mobile number not registered. I called their customer care and asked to register my mobile number but they didn't do it and said I have to go to a local dealer to get my VC number verified first then only they can register my mobile number which was not told to me at the time of installation. They have provided their dealer mobile numbers. I ve called hundred times but the dealers didn't pick their phone up. I again contacted the customer care but they said they couldn't do anything and I must go to dealer only. Then I asked to uninstall my connection and refund of amount. I didn't get any reply. I called on their toll free number also but every time they says that they are facing a network issue and asking me to call after an hour. Iam tired of calling and e mailing them. Please help resolving this issue.
