Value added service i.e.amazon prime was activated without consent and the same was informed on calll center to deactivate the same and revise billing bill within * day though the same is not done yet and the bill is not revised and no proper support from callcentre and just keep on conveying wrong information and keeping the call on long hold

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
