Madam,dear Sir,
My SIM bearing No.********** got damaged, And I visited VI store of Kolkata,Park Street, they couldn't provide me the SIM. Therefore I requested them to terminate my connection, till date they didn't do that, however they are sending me the rental bills. I already told them to stop my connection and not to generate any bill. I have sent them mail from my registered email ID on **/*/**, **/*/** and **/*/**.
Please help me in this regard.
