I had placed the order for porting my sim from Airtel to Vi on **th March **** and * days have passed since then without any update. I have used Vi and had good experience regarding their services but I never thought of being stuck in this kind of situation. I tried calling Vi customer support and stuck in their tangling process without any real progress. Now I really regret choosing to port to Vi.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
