SpiceJet airlines - Valuable items missing from checkin luggage from spicejet flight

My name is Jigyasha Srivastava, Indian Passport holder based in Dubai, UAE. I landed in Delhi airport yesterday on **.**.** from Dubai via spice jet flight no.SG-**. After arrival, during the luggage collection, I came to know that my luggage was missing & delayed by airline, also it is going to arrive in the night after ** hrs & will be delivered the next day at home. Since I am under medical treatment, I needed the luggage on priority basis as my medicines were inside. I called the airport in the night & came to know that the luggage had arrived & I can collect my bag from the airport. While collecting the luggage, I noticed that the lock was missing from the bag & the zip was broken. I immediately opened my bag in front of the airline staff & found that all the gold items were missing which includes * ring, * pendant & * white gold chain with a pendant worth a total value of around **K INR. I have raised a written complaint at the airport itself but Spice Jet staff is taking this matter very casually. Please resolve this matter ASAP
