Hello sir,
I am Reshma, writing this complaint for my friend Mr. Mohammad Azam and his family. They traveled from Dubai To Mumbai on **th Dec **** and one of their baggage got lost. They complained at the airport same time and filled out the forms and did all kinds of formalities in the airport for baggage loss. They also mailed the airlines about the same. But even after * days they didn't receive their baggage. They are not even responding also.
He traveled from Dubai to India for medical treatment for * weeks and happened to him.
After that, he tried with one of his acquaintances from the airport and he got his baggage.
But this SpiceJet airlines didn't do anything and his baggage got almost loss. If he didn't have anyone to help like this he will not even get that baggage now.
So I want to make a complaint against Spice jet airlines about their customer care and their services and we need a claim for this delayed baggage and also a claim for the inconvenience caused by this baggage loss.
so at least we need a claim amount of Rs *****/- as compensation for delayed our baggage and inconvenience caused by baggage loss.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
