Said only option is to continue with the existing * month pack or transfer to another ** month self-service pack. I told them not in a condition to continue this. In the end, gave up and decided to continue. - ** Apr **** - Consultant provided very poor service - harassed one of my potential matches also. Raised to customer care. They offered to change consultant again. Their services are utterly poor. Plus they did not refund my money even after serious situation at home. They are ready to move me to a different package but no refund. But even after multiple attempts, their services are not worthy of even INR *,***.
