Naaptol - Useless product received

I had ordered belt for knees pain by seeing in naaptol then shown that in the tv they said the pain will vanish and it will be so good after wearing like that so we ordered that after we received that the quality is so bad and doesn't fit and don't support for walking also I asked and called them for the product refund and return they said they can't means they are cheating the people by showing fake content so taken action on them and help me in refunding my money

I have ordered bedsheet from naaptol there is *bedsheet repeated and there are lot of poop in that packets as well as in bedsheet it smells bad I want to either replace or refund of products
