Naaptol - They send bad product

I have ordered eye glass of *.* number for reading and it's quality is very bad and at the time of order they told me on call that it will be refunded if not liked by you and now when I ask for refund then they don't accept my order and said it can't be cancel.
So you will give any kind of product and we will have accept it ? What to do of this item?
Naaptol is totally scam company and per rule they must refund my money.

Naaptol – Bad product received Closed
I have ordered bedsheet from naaptol there is *bedsheet repeated and there are lot of poop in that packets as well as in bedsheet it smells bad I want to either replace or refund of products
