Tatacliq.com - Used iPhone 13 delivered instead of brand new

I have ordered an brand new iPhone **-*** GB Starlight on **-Jan-**** through TataCLiQ. Order id: *********. I received the same on **-Jan-****. While unboxing I found that the inner box of iPhone seal was already broken. Image is attached for your reference. I have also entire unboxing video. Further, to confirm I checked the activation status of an iPhone & I checked it through apple website, and I found that it was already activated on **-Dec-****, before placing my order date: **-**-****. Screenshot is attached for your reference.So, it’s confirmed that I received used product. So, I immediately lodged the return request on **-Jan-**** and sent them proof of unboxing video & images. However after ** days of investigation they informed me that the product delivered was quality checked & in working condition, so it could not be returned and rejected my return request. I paid Rs.**k for brand new iPhone and I received used product. It’s totally unacceptable & it’s cheating. I have proof of unboxing the parcel and also screenshot of activation of iPhone and its clearly indicates that it was used before I ordered. So, kindly look into this matter & provide full refund against return of this product asap.
