Swiggy - Use of plastic in food

Despite my several complaints, swiggy is delivering hot food and beverages in leaking plastic instead of aluminium bags. They are not ready to correct themselves, forget the possibility of getting a refund from this company. I'm very scared as they continue to play with India's health. I'm in Pune Vishal Nagar and this is happening repeatedly. Once I had told about this issue to the chat assistant and she promised that this would be taken care of by alluring confirmations about the refund and all. Every day they are using plastic which is leaking tea. I'm not sure where we are going. Totally confused and devastated not by the expensive services but my the internal harm caused due to plastic. Please correct me if I'm wrong in that.
