I ordered a custom oil portrait of my late father from Homafy.com. The delivered portrait was of extremely poor quality — my father's left eye appeared completely damaged and deformed, and his entire face was unrecognizable. This caused me severe emotional distress, as this was a deeply personal order related to my late father's memory.
Despite sending multiple emails to their customer support team, I received zero response. I called their customer care helpline more than ** times — each time, after confirming my phone number, the call was deliberately disconnected. I have never been offered a refund, a replacement, or any acknowledgment of my complaint whatsoever.
This company has collected full payment and delivered a completely defective, unusable product, while deliberately avoiding all customer communication. I am seeking a full refund of the amount paid.
