Dear Zopper Support Team,
I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the abysmal service I have received from your company. It has been over ten days since I first reported an issue with my Voltas AC (Serial Number: *******B**CC*****, Warranty ID: *******, Claim ID: ******), and despite numerous assurances from your team, my problem remains unresolved.
From the very beginning, the handling of my complaint has been nothing short of unacceptable. I have been repeatedly assured that a technician would visit to address the issue, yet no one has shown up. The person in charge of my case, Himani, has been completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Despite my numerous attempts to contact her on +**-********** and +**-**********, she has either ignored my calls or provided empty promises with no follow-through.
This lack of commitment and disregard for customer service is utterly disgraceful. I am appalled by the incompetence displayed by your team. Your failure to provide timely and effective service has caused me significant inconvenience, and I demand immediate action to rectify this situation.
I expect a senior representative from your company to contact me within ** hours to provide a concrete resolution to my complaint. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further, including but not limited to lodging a formal complaint with consumer protection agencies and seeking legal recourse.
It is high time that Zopper upholds its commitments and values customer satisfaction. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to this matter.
