Zopper assure - Delayed services fake promises poor customer support

I purchased an LG **" LED TV with *+* years of extended warranty from Zopper on **-**-****. My TV started showing screen lining on **-**-****, and I registered a claim the same day. Zopper team collected the TV from my home on **-**-****.
Since then, I have called multiple times. First, I was told the issue would be resolved within one week, then I was told it would take more time. I have not received proper updates. After I emailed, they replied that the issue would be resolved by **-**-****, but even today it is still not resolved.
