Zopper assure - Zopper Not Fulfilling The Promised Repair Service

I have Purchased Device Secure Plan from Zopper, As part of the Plan, Any Small Home Appliance or Electronic Device or Mobiles will be covered for Repair. But when I raised a Repair request for VGuard Electric Automatic Pressure Booster, The company declined my claim stating this Device is not covered under my Purchase Plan. When I asked multiple times for a reason/clarification/Justification why it is not covered, they never responded back.

I'm attaching the policy copy, As per the Policy Plan terms which I purchased it is as Follows -

" Page * "Purchase window", and Page * "FAQ *" says any Electronic device or home appliance is applicable and can be considered based on customer choice".

I would also like to confirm to you that this is a Personal Usage Electronic Small HomeAppliance only. It's just dispenses water in force for the other appliances in my Dream home like DishWasher, Washing Machine, Geyser, Bath tub, Water Purifier E.t.c.

Hence I request them to Honor the Policy Terms and accept the claim for that Device.
