I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my extremely disappointing experience with your Mumbai, Vile Parle East outlet on **th August ****.

I had ordered two large pizzas from this outlet, but the order took more than * hour to get delivered. When I called to check the status, the staff falsely claimed that the order was ready. After waiting for two full hours, I went to the outlet personally, only to find that my order had not even been prepared.

The staff further lied, stating that the delivery boy had dropped the pizzas. However, this was clearly untrue as the application did not show the order as being out for delivery at any point.

The outlet owner assured me of a **% refund of my total bill amount, to be credited on **th August ****. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, the owner has neither processed the refund nor responded to my calls or messages.

This entire incident has caused me significant frustration, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of honesty, customer respect, and accountability shown. If I do not receive a full refund immediately, I will have no choice but to share this experience publicly on LinkedIn and other platforms.
