La pinoz pizza - Package not delivered and pathetic order service

I ordered for myself @**:** PM on **st March, the order was showing dispatched after approx half an hour and its literally a ** min drive to the place I ordered it, however not just that it wasnt delivered, but there was no tracking or point of contact by the LaPinoz Sector ** Panchkula Branch. It showed dispatched from ages that I myself have to personally visit the outlet around *:** AM to ask about my order and all they had to give me was excuses, that it was transferred to the different outlet to handle the order, we didnt have taco etc which isnt a costumers concern! I have a recorded video of their statement and a call which I received while standing there and the guy said order has been dispatched which was just a fraud and nothing else! they processed the order while I was standing there and sent their guy instantly, they think consumers are fool and they will get off by putting blame on different branch when actually I never chose that outlet and I have screenshots of my order through their official app. This is literal fraud and I want a compensation not only just for the order amount but the harassment I had to go through at that point of time in the night. They never took any effort to even contact and resolve or update about the order.
