I belong to kutch, gandhidham - Gujarat. I ordered pizza from their app. The status of dilevery showed dispatched but the ordered was not yet prepared when i called the outlet. They faked the status of delivery just because they told me that the app beeps again so we are faking the order status.
This needs to be solved as customers are made fool because of this, which is not expected from a big company like La Pinoz.
Also I want some compensation for this act from the outlet.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
