I hope this message finds you well. My name is Rajkumar Murali Vasala, and I made a car booking through the Zoomcar platform on **-**-****, for which I paid a total of ₹****. However, upon reaching the location mentioned in the booking details, I found that there was no car available.
I contacted the person listed in the app, who informed me that I should wait for an hour. During this time, the individual took the OTP from Zoomcar and started the trip without my approval. Despite the car not being handed over to me, the booking was initiated, and I was also asked to make an additional payment. When I refused, the person stopped answering my calls, leaving me stranded.
As of now, I have not received any car, and I am unable to reach either the support team or the individual involved.
I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly. I am seeking a full refund of the ₹**** paid for this booking, and appropriate actions should be taken to investigate this matter.
Note :- Due to Zoomcar my plans of going to Trip is cancelled so we need full explanation and compensation for the same
Please respond as soon as possible to ensure this situation is resolved without further delay.
