Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Ankush Gupta (Mobile: **********), purchased a *-year AMC for my Tata Tiago and paid ₹**,*** under AMC Contract No. **********.
I wish to raise a serious complaint regarding mis-selling and incorrect AMC details by Berkeley Tata Motors.
My concerns are:
*. AMC tenure mismatch:
Invoice clearly states * years AMC, but validity mentioned is **.**.**** to **.**.****, which is not * years.
*. False commitment at the time of sale:
I was informed that parts/services including Suspension Bush, Rubber Hose, Engine Mountings, Ball Joints, A/C Belt, Window Winder and wheel-related charges are covered under AMC as shown in brochure.
*. Coverage denied during service:
Today, during service, your service team denied coverage and demanded extra payment.
*. No proper written exclusions:
These exclusions were never clearly disclosed to me, and the job slip does not properly mention such denial.
This is misrepresentation and unfair trade practice.
I demand:
* Immediate full refund of ₹**,***, OR
* Immediate correction of AMC validity to actual * years and full honouring of promised AMC coverage.
If this issue is not resolved within ** hours, I will escalate to:
* National Consumer Helpline
* Consumer Court
* Senior escalation team at Tata Motors
