Since the begining the car AC automatic climate control had an issue that it did not acclimatise, which was informed to the dealer but couldent resolve. and now the vhicle on *.* years old and run only **,*** kms making huge humming sound, initially the dealer could not identify the issue but later came up with a story that the compressor is gone and needs replacement costing **,***/-.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
